US rapper Lil Tracy posted on his Instagram a photo with the caption “Black Power BLM”, where he stands with one foot on the head of a white woman.
A little later, he deleted the photo and wrote: “I apologize to my white fans, I didn’t mean to offend, I thought it was funny.”
